We have stopped daily housekeeping services, and we will only clean rooms upon departure unless specially requested by the guest or the guest uses the new DND sign that has request room clean on one side of it. Requests for a daily housekeeping service should be made upon check-in or use the new DND signs in the rooms that have request maid service on them. It is required that guests leave the room while housekeeping is cleaning to ensure social distancing protocols are being met. Fresh towels and linens can be requested daily, and these items will be placed in front of your door.
You might notice some “typical” items missing from your room that are not able to be easily cleaned. These items include menus, pens, pads of paper and any books.
We are providing a Continental Breakfast. The breakfast room will open for dine in or grab and go options. We will be only offering items that are factory sealed and our breakfast attendant will be on hand to assist guests. All hotel rooms our outfitted with a small refrigerator, personal coffee maker and microwave oven.
Please be confident that we are working diligently and following the guidelines and recommendations of the experts to insure the health and wellness of our guests and the Ocean Isle Inn staff. We realize these are difficult times and will make the necessary changes to our hotel and its amenities as things change.
